We take pride in developing career-ready nurses dedicated to true, meaningful care — while also demonstrating stellar success rates on job placement and the NCLEX nursing examination.

## Job Outcomes and NCLEX Nursing Exam

Conway nursing graduates excel at both job placement and pass rate on the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX), which must be passed to become licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the U.S. or Canada.

### How We Help Prepare You for Success

Our clinical training requirement and hospital partnerships in the Washington D.C. area are a key part of how we prepare our students for success. We partner with 20+ first-class healthcare facilities across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia to provide our students with real clinical experience as part of the nursing curriculum. We also support first-generation college students and provide access to [ROTC opportunities](https://military.catholic.edu/) through Catholic University’s military and veteran student services.

I chose the Conway School of Nursing because it had a great academic nursing program, but also had wonderful clinical experiences in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. The Conway School teaches nurses to be for the whole person; mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
