Mrs. Donna Murphy Gonella brings 28+ years of diverse nursing experience to the Conway School of Nursing. She holds a BS from the Isenberg School of Management (UMass Amherst) and a BSN from The Catholic University of America’s Accelerated Program. Her career spans emergency nursing, population health, community health, and nursing education. She joined CSON in April 2025 as Program Manager for Undergraduate Clinical Partnerships and Placements.

• 11 years of emergency nursing and extensive clinical expertise
• Experience in population health, community health, and nursing education
• Former part-time faculty at Montgomery College (Nursing & Workforce Development)
• Disaster Response Nurse with the American Red Cross (2+ years volunteer service)
•  Leads clinical partnerships, placement coordination, and student support at CSON
