The Conway School of Nursing hosted its 2026 Senior Practicum Presentations on April 27, where graduating nursing students presented scholarly posters developed through their NURS 481 Senior Practicum experiences.The scholarly posters focused on selected disorders or conditions students observed within specialty clinical settings during their senior practicum experiences, highlighting the application of clinical knowledge, evidence-based practice, and patient-centered care.
David Want, DNP, FNP-C, RN, CHSE, Sandra O’Brien, PhD, CRNP, and Salomé Loera, DNP, ACCNS-AG, PCCN, CCRN-CMC, SCRN, provided mentorship and guidance to students throughout their practicum experiences and poster development.The session welcomed faculty, staff, undergraduate nursing students, and guests for an opportunity to engage with senior student presenters and learn more about specialty clinical practice areas across the healthcare continuum.
