Students will receive a MSN & DNP Student Nursing Handbook at the start of each academic year. Students are expected to acknowledge they have reviewed the content annually, especially for the practicum components listed below:
- Ethics and Professional Behavior: Student Code of Conduct Policy, Student Behavioral Expectations Policy
- HIPAA Adherence
- Clinical Incident Policy for Students
- Practicum Attendance: Students will work with the preceptor and course professor to determine practicum schedule and will notify both preceptor and course professor of any unexpected absence.
