Why did you choose to attend Catholic University?
"I chose to attend Catholic University because it offers many diverse academic programs, clinical opportunities, and a strong foundation for my nursing career. Additionally, the location of the school allows for many opportunities for externships, networking, and flexible jobs. The mascot is also cute."
Why do you want to be a nurse?
"I decided to pursue a career in nursing driven by the profound connections I can create with patients. The substantial time nurses spend with individuals allows for a unique bond that resonates with my aspiration to leave a lasting impact on people's lives. Additionally, the diverse career options are appealing because they offer me opportunities to explore many fields that I may be interested in."
What's been your favorite part of being a student at Catholic University?
"My favorite part of being a student at Catholic University is the community. While it took some time to find my place, once I did it was truly life-changing. Having a supportive network of friends who can stand by me in challenging moments and encourage me has made my university experience invaluable."
What advice would you give to prospective students?
"Do not hesitate or feel ashamed about seeking assistance. I strongly recommend taking advantage of the tutoring services and drop-ins available. These resources have aided me several times in overcoming academic challenges and helped me navigate my educational journey."
