Many graduates continue to serve in direct patient care roles, developing into expert clinicians and bedside leaders who live their vocation in nursing, uphold the dignity of every person, and advance excellence, safety, and compassionate care in complex healthcare environments.

The Conway School of Nursing offers flexible online programs tailored for working nurses. Program options include Doctor of Nursing Practice, Doctor of Philosophy, and a Master of Science in Nursing: Complex Healthcare Systems Administration.  Our Post-Graduate Certificate programs prepare nurse practitioners to sit for board exams in multiple certifications, and our Center for Future Faculty program offers a post-graduate certificate in nursing education for nurses interested in pursuing academia.
