Students may register for Guided Study using the same mechanism as for other courses in Cardinal Students. However, if a section is not listed for the faculty member with whom they are completing the guided study, they should notify the Assistant Dean. A guided study section explicitly linked to the faculty member will then be created. The student should then register in this section before the end of the Add/Drop period. If this process is not done or if the Cardinal Students registration indicates a different faculty, they may receive no grade, a failing grade which will require an appeal or may face a delay in the entry of their grade.
