Kimberly L. Walsh has served at the Conway School of Nursing since November 2021, leading undergraduate academic programs with a strong focus on student success, equity, and workforce readiness. She supports first-generation students, transition-to-practice initiatives, and professional development across the undergraduate nursing curriculum. Kimberly is currently a Ph.D. candidate at George Washington University, developing a research agenda in nursing education and equity.
